Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and shipping confirmed by way of email. We will email you your booking reference number "waybill number" once your order has been dispatched. This reference number can be used to track your order should you wish to do so. The relevant courier details will be provided for you to track your order.

Goods will usually be dispatched within 3-4 day's (business day's) from the receipt of payment unless your order is on back-order and/or out-of-stock. In case of items been out of stock you will be notified via email. Orders/enquiries received over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Our price quoted onto our online store doesn't always include delivery and is subjected to the product category. Delivers gets done to all major city/town within South Africa. These orders will also be insured encase goods get damage or lost in transit. If the delivery takes place outside these areas, a delivery cost will be obtain and forwarded to you for approval. Deliveries can take place between 48 to 96 hours. Should you wish to collect your order from Living Space, this is not a problem. A representative from Living Space will contact you to arrange a date and time for this collection.

Damaged goods

In the unlikely event that a product supplied to you by Living Space is damage, Living Space will guarantee such products from any and all factory/manufacturing and/or packaging defects. "Damaged goods will not be refunded" Damaged goods should be returned to Living Space so that we may assess the fault and take the necessary action to replace or exchange the items. Damaged goods should be returned as per the instructions found under Living Space "Terms & Conditions":

Should Living Space assess the damaged caused and such damages were caused by factory/manufacturing and/or packaging defects, we will exchange the items for the same, similar or different item, as per the customer's request.

In the case of unavailability of items Living Space will either offer you a similar or different item, notify you how long it will take for that item to become available or issue you with a credit note (or gift certificate) for the full invoice amount for use for the same or any other similar item on our site.

Living Space reserves the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.
