Subject to availability and the reflection of a customer’s payment in Living Space Today’s bank account, all orders will be processed within 24 hours.

From the order date (unless your order is on back-order) and once the customer confirmed the delivery address, date, time and recipient’s details, items will normally be despatched within 5-7 business days. Shipping details, including the booking reference number (waybill number) and other relevant courier details, will be confirmed for tracking purposes via email once your order has been dispatched.

In case of items that are out of stock, you will be notified via email. Orders/enquiries received over a weekend and public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Our online store prices do not include shipping fees and will be calculated separately and added to your quote. Goods in transit will be insured against damage or if it is lost in transit. Customers are however always welcome to collect their orders from our premises in Pretoria.

In the unlikely event that a product supplied to you by Living Space Today is damaged, Living Space Today will replace such products within the scope and limitations set out in the suppliers’ warranties (Factory/manufacturing and/or packaging defects).

Damaged goods will not be refunded. Damaged goods must be returned to Living Space Today for assessment and appropriate action. Living Space Today reserves the right to accept or decline any returned damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.

Damaged goods should be returned as per the instructions found under Living Space “Returns Policy”.

In the case of unavailability of items to replace the damaged goods, Living Space Today will offer you a suitable alternative or issue a credit note (or gift certificate) for the full invoice amount.

Living Space Today only deals with South African Companies.
